Job Title:  Implementation Manager

What do you do at LiquidFrameworks?  I am responsible for managing implementation projects for new customers and also help existing customers implement new features or changes they would like to see in their environment.

What attracted you about working at LiquidFrameworks?  Working with people that have a stake in what we do.  In person and onsite, we all help each other work through building a product that we alongside our customers have personally designed.

How long have you worked at LiquidFrameworks?  4 years this November.

What makes LiquidFrameworks a great place to work?  We all work in different ways and have different personality types, but we come together as a group to meet our customer’s requirements.

A quote or mantra you live by:  Hate the sin, not the sinner.  Always try to look towards the greater good in helping others.  You never know what someone is going through.

Three words that best describe LiquidFrameworks:  Customer Focused & Adaptable

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?  Working with all different types of people in learning how our customers use FieldFX.  From executive sponsors at the project level to the crew in the field, I am always interested to learn the different perspectives that others have on our product.

What do you think is the most important attribute or skill that has helped you to be where you are today?  Listening.  I can’t stress enough how important it is to listen so that we can help our customer get to their happy place.

What is one unique thing about you that people would be surprised if they knew?  I used to dig holes for a living doing archaeological excavations.
