Thru Tubing Solutions (TTS) has been a leader in specialized downhole and thru-tubing services and equipment since 1997. Established in Oklahoma City, the company now covers 23 different districts within four different countries, all strategically placed in major shale areas.  

Historically, TTS did not have any digital applications in place to manage field ticketing processes and forms. What they did have were lots and lots of spreadsheets. No matter how high-powered their Excel spreadsheets were, they were still spreadsheets. Processing tickets and forms without a streamlined, digital solution was causing major bottlenecks in their quote-to-cash process.

Maria Galloway, Product Team Manager, said, “We had folks who inadvertently forgot to include the waste disposal charges. Sometimes, if we felt like this job didn’t go well, we added an extra discount along the way. And a bunch of other things. Over time, all of these missed opportunities added up for us.” TTS was also experiencing data integrity, validation and entry issues. The combination of these problems was causing TTS significant revenue leakage. 

TTS needed to eliminate these inefficiencies and recapture lost revenue. After reviewing numerous vendors, Thru Tubing Solutions knew LiquidFrameworks was the vendor of choice because of the company’s  domain expertise and the online/offline capabilities of FieldFX. TTS has now successfully implemented FieldFX across 15 of their 23 locations. 

Improvements introduced by FieldFX have made a significant impact on TTS’ business. Maria Galloway said this about the FieldFX project, “99% of our previous year’s lost revenue has been recaptured, and that is a significant number. FieldFX has also significantly contributed to our overall quote-to-cash process and streamlined that timeline.”
